Guest Conductor

Kenny Lamm is in his twenty-second year as worship pastor of Front Street Baptist Church in Statesville, North Carolina (USA). His church has experienced worship renewal in recent years under his leadership and has become a model for many churches across the state seeking to transform and improve their own worship services. Front Street’s services are characterized by use of the "Front Street Celebration Choir & Instrumentalists," vocal teams, drama, multimedia, and more. Kenny is a frequent worship clinician and guest worship leader for events with participants numbering under 100 to over 3000 people. Kenny is no stranger to Malaysia and Singapore–he has led worship conferences in many areas of Malaysia in the past and directed the Malaysia Baptist Festival Choir in concert in 2005. Kenny spent the summer of 2006 in Kuala Lumpur working with churches in the region in helping them improve their worship.  Kenny and the Front Street Worship Team led worship conferences in Malaysia and Singapore in 2002.  He received his bachelor’s degree in music from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill, his master’s degree in church music from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky, and has completed 15 credit hours of doctoral classes in worship to receive the Advanced Certificate in Worship Studies from the Northern Baptist Theological Seminary in Chicago, Illinois. Kenny is married to Sandy Lamm. They have two children, Kevin,19, and Katie, 17.
